Problem subscribing, I can't subscribe

Please help me out. I would like to have the 33% discount. I believe there is something wrong with the subscription page. I couldn't get pass it after I selected my 3-month option, it keeps returning to the same page.

Sigh...I can't get the 33% discount anymore....the problem is not solve. :roll:
