Authentication failed message on podcast download

Hi,
I'm attempting to set up my own feed (as a Premium user) but everytime I put in my password it is not accepted by either iTunes or the other podcast manager I'm using. I've double checked my password on this website and it is not differnt. There are no case-sensitivity issues. I simply get the 'authentication failed' message. Please help!
