Spanish comprehension greater than spoken

That probably doesn't make sense. I am Puertorican and in my home as a child I was raised bilingual. However, since I live in the USA I don't speak Spanish and I find that I understand conversation, TV, radio, and whatever in Spanish perfectly, but I find it difficult to speak... on a professional level...

Any suggestions?
