This classic Peruvian dish, "Seco de pato" is made of duck, yellow chili, onions, garlic, cilantro, peas, rice and yuca. It is basically a braise that results in tender meat that falls off the bone, smothered in the rich sauce, boasting its robust flavor. The spiciness of the sauce is complimented by the cooling effect of the cilantro. It is also often prepared with beef, lamb and kid.
